There will be a memorial service for longtime Encinitas devotee, Randhi Summers, today, at 2 p.m. at the main Temple. All are welcome to attend.

Self-Realization Fellowship is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2023 online How-to-Live Summer Program, which will be held June 21 – 25, for girls and boys ages 7 – 17. The classes will be conducted in English and using Zoom, and are being offered free of charge.

To learn more and complete an application for your child or teen, please visit the SRF website at yogananda.org/SummerProgram.

Our Temple and J Street Chapel could use your help. You may choose from a variety of cleaning, gardening, and maintenance projects at our monthly Day of Service on Saturday, June 17. The day begins at 8:30 a.m. with a half-hour meditation led by the minister in the main Temple. Then we meet on the patio and  break out into work groups. At 11:40 a.m. we will have another meditation with the minister right before enjoying a delicious vegetarian lunch at noon. This is a great way to make new friends while serving at our Temple.  Families are welcome to participate, and children will be guided in some fun activities.

An SRF Nun will give a special Satsanga (Questions and Answers) for women only at the main Temple at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24. The class will be followed by refreshments on the Temple patio.

Questions for the Satsanga can be submitted electronically on the homepage at EncinitasTemple.org. Click on the third link under the calendar to submit your question. Another option is to place your question in the Satsanga slot in the foyer credenza.

Please note that the J Street Chapel is open for the 8:00 -10:00 Morning Meditation and the 12:00- 4:00 Open Chapel on June 24.

And all are welcome to sign a Father’s Day card for SRF President, Brother Chidananda, at a table outside.

Saturday, June 10: The SRF Lessons Study Group is reading from Lesson 15, “The Art of Balanced Spiritual Living.”
